Many business owners grossly underestimate the time it takes to pack everything in the office and work areas. It is best to start packing as soon as you are able. Anything that you can go without, go ahead and pack it up. Have employees pack their spaces as soon as possible as well.

Inventory every box and keep them organized with clear labels or numbers. Write down a short description of what each box holds, just in case anything is lost or damaged during the move.
